You can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
- How to return it. Ship it yourself to the address given in our returns policy, or ask us to collect it from your home (€7.50 mainland Spain, €12.50 Balearic Islands).
- Size exchanges. The first one is free; a second one costs €15. Up to two exchanges per order.
- Condition. The garment must come back in its original packaging, with its original tags.
- Refund. To the same payment method you used, within 15 working days of the return being approved.
- Exceptions. Personalised, made-to-measure, altered or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
