    • Size exchanges. The first one is free; a second one costs €15. Up to two exchanges per order.
    • Condition. The garment must come back in its original packaging, with its original tags.
    • Refund. To the same payment method you used, within 15 working days of the return being approved.
    • Exceptions. Personalised, made-to-measure, altered or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
