You can return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

How to return it. Ship it yourself to the address given in our returns policy, or ask us to collect it from your home (€7.50 mainland Spain, €12.50 Balearic Islands).
Size exchanges. The first one is free; a second one costs €15. Up to two exchanges per order.
Condition. The garment must come back in its original packaging, with its original tags.
Refund. To the same payment method you used, within 15 working days of the return being approved.
Exceptions. Personalised, made-to-measure, altered or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
